My formal education is in Engineering and Information Technology. My gift is as Administrator, Manager, Project Leader, Coach, Facilitator. I bring technical and non-technical stakeholders together to reach the end goal of an organization. I create and maintain secure, stable and accomplished technical work environments. How? I am directly involved in the development of products, processes, procedures and people who are not just able to be productive and efficient, but people who enjoy being and doing it. Whether it has been as a school safety patrol, little league coach, production line engineer or technical manager supporting Fortune 500 businesses, I have been building people which has lead to building championship teams. I believe in exceeding the expectations of not only the external customers but also the internal customers. It is not an overnight job. It requires evaluating and understanding the current culture, mindsets, talent and expectations before attempting to implement change. I have worked in electronics manufacturing, industrial controls, logistics, sound reproduction, workforce development, sales and cyber security. Such diverse industries comprising of people with diverse backgrounds has enabled me lead diverse teams adding greater value to the organization than when they were hired.
