I am interested in a market ready multifunctional flashligh. I believe LED Diodes would be best, but I need two colors - White and Red LEDs. If possible, the flashlight will need to be approx. 3" long, 1 3/4" wide and about 1 1/16 wide. Using 2 litium CR123a batteries. I am seeking the flashlight to be military grade "Durable". The mainlamp should be on a swivel. Is this enough information to consider a project like this? Please advise.
