SafePay is Guru.com's mandatory secure payment system. Our system safeguards the buyer's sensitive payment information and facilitates international transactions. Employers can issue payments through SafePay by Credit Card, E-check, Check, PayPal, Wire Transfer or SafePay Account funds.

What is SafePay Escrow? |
SafePay Escrow not only safeguards the buyer's sensitive payment information, but also guarantees that transactions are risk-free. The payment is kept in a neutral Escrow Account until the project is completed and the Employer is satisfied with the work ordered. Employers using SafePay Escrow have full access to Guru.com's Mediation and Arbitration services, should a dispute arise over the escrowed funds.

What is the Guru.com Quality Score-based Rank?

Rank is a measure of service excellence used to guide Employers to Freelancers of the highest, most reliable quality. Freelancers who rank highly provide the most reliable services; a Rank of 1 is a top Rank position.
A sequential rank is assigned to all Guru.com profiles based on each Freelancer's main skill categories, membership types, invoice activity and Quality Scores. Quality Score is the main determinant of Rank and relies on business performance data that tracks and reports a Freelancer's success rate in acquiring new customers (CAR), generating earnings on a customer-by-customer basis (CER), and retaining long-term repeat business with existing customers (CRR).
Guru.com's Quality Score Rank System is patent-pending -- no other freelance marketplace ranks its members using the objectivity of historical performance data.
