Eagle PCB 2-8+ layer circuit/integrated circuit and PCB design, mechanical housing co-design. Preferred PCB design process: - SMT/SMD - Circuit partitioning by function - 4 Layers with internal GND and power plane(s), fill on top/bottom as required - 6mil min. trace/space - 0.010-0.020" min. drill - 0.020" edge clearance - no right angles or T trace junctions - Proper trace impedance/serpentine matching of USB, CAN, others - Minimal blind/buried vias - Two sided layout, silk, mask - Part number, serial number, and copyright silk
