Expertise in taking strategic decisions, drafting & rolling out policies & processes, forecasting, managing profit centre, assignment of tasks, delegate responsibilities, establish systems of accountability, monitor and assess the job performance Managed large team, multi-location setups & vast Offices/Work locations/Retails in India. Functional Skills Include:- Facility Management - Development of RFP, Vendor selection, soft services operations, maintenance and upkeep of the corporate tower Real Estate - Identification of office space for retail branches, rental negotiations, preparing layout, execution of fit-outs Hospitality operations Guesthouse management, cafeteria management, front office operations, events, conferences & meetings Travel Management - Hotel bookings; tie-up with Budgeted hotels, Airlines & Serviced Apartments Communication - Corporate Mobility connections for Employees, Landlines-Fixed/Wireless at Corporate offices and branches Transportation - On-Spot renting, In-house cab management, shuttle buses, employee transportation Vendor Management - Source cost-effective service providers and propose the prospective vendor through the vendor selection process, reference check having high values and principles. Dashboards/MIS & Budgets - To prepare annual budgets for branches and track the expenses, collate data for MIS preparation and submit the dashboard report to the Management SOP's & Processes - Develop internal standard operating processes and ensure implementation of the same, analyze and review on a periodic basis Real Estate - Identification of Office space for retail branches in accordance with business strategy,Negotiations with Landlord in terms of rentals, fit-outs, etc, Coordination with various internal teams in terms of IT set-up, legal, branding, procurement to provide fully furnished plug & play office within 45 days of lease signing. Facility Management - Deliver High standards of Upkeep and maintenance of Corporate office and Branches. Ensure Standard Operating procedures are being maintained by doing regular checks, maintaining a checklist. Upkeep and Maintenance of offices in terms of Repairing and Maintenance, housekeeping, Pantry services. Ensure all compliance and licenses are being maintained and renewed from time to time. SOP’s & Processes - Creation of processes & SOPs for the smooth functioning of administrative services. Implementation of Processes, monitor cost, prepare MIS and submission of the dashboard to the management.
