A Veteran of the U.S. Army, my skills recently tested as follows: Word - Advanced Excel - Average Access - Average Power Point - Average Outlook Legal Medical Excellent communication skills, very creative, my studies in court reporting, currently completing computer forensics (5 classes remaining for degree), keeps my skills current and shows my willingness to aggressively pursue opportunities for educational and personal advancement. I am extremely disciplined, determined, and self motivated. Customer services is a very strong point for me, it is natural as I strongly believe it essential to make the problem secondary and effective customer service ensures that the RESOLUTION becomes primary and what the customer carries away with them as they can be your best form of advertisement or your worse, depending on how complaints are handled. I am very comfortable in the cyber world and enjoy learning various programs, as needed to perform relative tasks. I had had classes i the entire Microsoft Suite, familiarizing myself with all of the programs; however, advancement is achieved by utilizing the programs enough to master them, I am very capable of that.
