The BA helps to facilitate the solution of business challenges. Responsible for working collaboratively with the business and IT Delivery teams to define business need/problem; understand, evaluate and design solution requirements; translate requirements into technical specifications; provide support to development, qa and other resources throughout the SDLC. Able to perform job functions in an independent manner to provide leadership and drive collaboration across disciplines in all solution development related activities. This role is critical in the process of delivering integrated business and information solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
