Im sarfaraj, from Mumbai city in (India) I'm currently working as a Senior Chat Support Advisor from past 12 months for Sky TV London (Customer service & sales) with FirstSource pvt ltd, As a part of my work experience I have been working on helping the customers on various issues right from billing inquiries to getting them onboard with Sky TV. Prior to this I have worked for Barclays as a fraud analyser again as a chat support advisor & emails as well. As part of my job with Barclays included blocking and reissuing the credit card to the customer and investigating on the fraudulent transactions on the account. I really enjoy being a customer support advisor, thats cause I love to serve and help people around me and providing customer service to people around can be the best thing ever for me.
