I have expertise in Cisco IP Telephony implementation and Cisco Data network. I have also experience in Linux platform and windows server administration. Currently working with France Telecom and catering international customer for IP telephony support (CUCM cluster) as well as end to end connectivity support, which include third party vendor involvement for troubleshooting and implementation.
