When Google was not even around, I began my search for advertising. I was always intrigued by ads but clueless about how to get into the field. Hailing from Ballia (a small town in UP) where advertising equaled to wall painting, I was dreaming of the impossible. But I wasn't deterred. I began my journey of discovery, and after many ups and downs reached Symbiosis Institute in Pune, where I started building my foundation for advertising. I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations, which made me ready for the plunge. Now after over 16 years in advertising, I can say I have grown a lot as a professional. I was fortunate to work with leading agencies like Ogilvy ( Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore), Saatchi & Saatchi (Mumbai), DDB Mudra (Mumbai), Cheil Worldwide (Gurgaon) and HAVAS Worldwide (Gurgaon) . Presently I am part-time consulting with Triton Communication (Mumbai) as a Senior Creative Director. I have worked on Brands like IPL, TATA Venture, Red Label, Aegon Religare, Big bazaar, Ariel, Hutch, Dabur, Hindustan Times, Gillette, Dettol, Harpic, Lizol, Dermicool, Fortune. My experience at these agencies shaped and deepened my understanding of consumers and communication and gave wings to my creativity.
