I've been working as a customer service support for about 4 years. Mainly as a chat and email support. My first account is a shopping account which is based in the US. It is only seasonal so I only worked there for 4 mos. After the contract end, I applied for another center. The account I have handled is a telco account based in the US as well. I worked there for 3 years and 7 months.
