As a Technical Support/Customer Service Representative I am well trained in providing excellent support to customers via phone, email and live chat. I do not just provide technical support but also customer service, as I have to deal with customers technical queries as well making sure that they are satisfied with the service that I have provided as I am the first point of contact of the company.
