  Arun has the rare - by my standards - gift of being able to interpret raw ideas and guidance into excellent designs. Of all the skills one might seek in a freelancer, I have found design to be one of the most difficult domains because it requires ability on multiple fronts: technique, color, imagination, technology, communications and all the rest. Arun manages all this very well and presents choices that are so good, choosing isn't so easy.
