I worked with different multinational companies. In those companies I had a chance to work as Higher management. I was Country head of Pakistan. I was responsible to look after activities of our Audit and Inspection Teams in our both offices located in Lahore and Karachi. I am responsible for supervising the audits which are being performed and their reporting so that Efficient and high quality audits must be conducted and the necessary papers and reports must be filed on time and in completed properly. I have supervised around 150 audits conducted in major cities of Pakistan such as Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, Hyderabad, and Karachi. I am responsible to shoulder smooth organizational, legal, documentary and budgetary operations of the company. Optimization of processes and procedures in close coordination with Directors, additionally responsible for Coordination, Audit Planning, Execution, Reporting, Conducting External / Internal Trainings for various management systems and subjects. I am also responsible for conducting Trainings based on Labour Laws, Ethical Standards, Environmental Laws & Regulations, ILO Conventions, Industrial Relation Ordinances, Technical Manuals/ Moreover I have compiled centralized law database for Pakistan Labour, Environmental & Industrial Laws/Regulations.
