I am the founder and managing partner of Future Leadership Innovation Lab (www.futureleadership.lt), a co-founder of Alter State (www.alterstate.org), innovation expert, author, board member, and organizer of the Women for Global Challenges program. I am actively working to encourage more people to innovate. 

I studied innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the Royal College of Art in London, INSEAD, IDEO, the Design Academy in Amsterdam, etc. I have more than 10 years of experience in leading diverse teams. Each year I spend hundreds of hours consulting and running innovation labs, hackathons, innovation strategy sessions, and sprints.
