Most recently, Sharif fully led and completed 15 projects for various clients, across several industries, ranging in size from $10Mil - $1Bil in the micro to mid-cap market with a cumulative savings of nearly ~$7.5 Mil. • As a senior level leader, initiated hands-on business (functional) analysis to lead and drive new client transitions and existing client transitions for the addition of new services, which include migrating, improving and optimizing the business process to re-engineered business and technology activities. • Interpreted client’s business needs and initiated business process consulting on fit gap analyses and re-engineering of client processes for purchase-to-pay (PTP), order-to-cash (OTC), and record-to-report (RTR) into best practice processes that can be executed seamlessly by outsourced operations teams. • Developed interface specifications and proprietary accounting system architecture requirements necessary to develop, test/QA, integrate, and release interface and configuration programs as needed. • Customized additional interface specifications for inbound data feeds for various purchase-to-pay (PTP), order-to-cash (OTC), and record-to-report (RTR) activities and processes as part of dedicated accounting system workflows. • Reviewed, analyzed and provided recommendations for enhancements to current ERP systems to support efficient project outcomes. • Setup and configured a cloud based accounting platform through dedicated partners of The Company. Integrated other ancillary systems as needed or desired in addition to customizing platform for specific client needs. • Coordinated and managed the integration of client ERP or partner accounting online platforms with other disbursement/payment solution partners. • Managed and supported migration from initial project kickoff to project roll off and handover to account management teams. • Led and supervised all aspects of the master project plan, including project schedule, communications plan, change control plan, risk management plan, responsibility matrix, and cost control/tracking mechanism. • Trained internal operations and client end-user teams on legacy and implemented technical solutions/suite of solutions.
