I have total of 3.5 years of experience in Office 365 and provided L3 support at my last firm which was a Microsoft Partner. I am MS-900,AZ-900,MS-500 and MS-700 certified and used to handle issues related to Mailbox, Mail delivery, Mail recovery, Retention Policies, Migrations, Public folder migrations, setting up Trust between two O365 organizations, Calendaring issues, Room/ resource booking issues, Outlook desktop app, Azure AAD connect, Scripting on basic level. Also worked on Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
