I have 5 years of project management experience in a large financial institution including extensive experience with defining and leading projects across lines of business within JPMorgan Chase. In my last two roles, I met weekly with senior management to discuss Efficiency and Change Management programs, providing progress updates, helping to set priorities and resolving blockers. The types of project I have experience with is vast and ranges from creating new processes that span across multiple departments as a result of government regulatory changes to managing a $1.5 million technology budget for enhancements to the department’s reconciliation system. I have not only showed leadership within the department I support but also within my own team by implementing project documentation standards in my current role.
