I have been in customer service telesales for 18 yrs working my way from an agent to admin/manager. I work now with social media, twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook for an expanding energy company. Prior to this I worked with British Telecom in the field of telephony and internet faults, worked on a major project with them which was then rolled out to the entire UK.
