Responsible to lead a team of 12-15 reps on calls. •Shaping their sales quantity,quality and customer services. •Boosting and motivating team through power morning meetings. •Creating and following up on action plans for maximum resulted output. •Training and coaching the team within the dailing hours by timely corrections of inaccuracy, counter suggestions and trial of different strategic approaches. •Listening to sales calls and monitoring live to ensure zero quality errors. •Maintaining the sales statistics/records. •Co-ordinating with US based clients for our daily routine based tasks and their completion. •Bridging between the I.T and D.A support to effectively manage the dailing hours. •Keeping a strong check on portals i.e. sales, quality and leaves to stay well-updated of the agents status. •Creating reports i.e. Daily report, Live monitoring report, monthly dailing report. •Handling customer concerns and queries personally assuring the authenticity of our company.
