I work well with people. I can be a good leader and a good member at the same time. I had undergone leadership trainings and organizational skills development program which had made me into a competitive leader and an asset of a team. I have experienced being the one who do the follow ups with my employer's other freelancers about their tasks, giving them instructions in behalf of my employer and being their mediator. I can proudly say that I had performed the job well because my employer was more than happy with the results.
