SEANA SMITH: It's closing time here at Yahoo Finance. Let's recap some of the biggest stories of the day. First up, former President Donald Trump pleading not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. Most of the charges relate to a hush money deal with Stormy Daniels. Now prosecutors allege that the deals were created to help bolster Trump's 2016 bid for the White House

DAVE BRIGGS: JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon out with his annual letter to shareholders. He touched on several issues, including regulation, climate, and the rise of artificial intelligence. But it's his comments on the recent banking crisis that are grabbing the most attention. Dimon makes clear that the current crisis is nothing like what we saw in 2008. However, quote, "The current crisis is not yet over. And even when it is behind us, there will be repercussions from it for years to come."

SEANA SMITH: And Richard Branson's space company Virgin Orbit filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy.
