A complete VOIP, PBX, Softphone with Asterik as coding and GUI.PBX/VOIP/Call manager module etc We have implemented custom infrastructure using FreeSWITCH with Asterisk , Twilio API and used OpenSIPS with CRM and build custom CRM to help to increase your productivity. Make a call broadcast and give the option for the receiver to connect the call to an agent or queue. These calls can again be transferred internally within the call center Admin Panel: ? Customer Management: • Admin can add/edit/view/activate/deactivate customers • Manage extensions/greetings • Access to customer panel ? Number Management • Details of bought, requested, ported numbers • Billing of numbers with profit showing • Adding/deleting number in system ? Plan/Rates Management: • Create plan with option of plan cost, extensions allowed, features etc • Add Minutes provider and rates • Manage rates with profit margin • LCR ? Reports & CDR • Payment and transactions • Calls with different search options • Numbers report ? Provider Management • Add/Edit Minutes Provider
