I have extensive experience with many aspects of Internet activities, having used online services since before the Internet  became publicly available (BBS'). Shortly before I launched Perdiem Consulting, my personal computer and web consulting firm, I was the lead technical support manager for the San Fernando Valley for FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) during the 1994 Northridge Earthquake disaster. Upon wrap up of the Northridge Earthquake operations, I was ordered to help set up technical support operations in Northern California during the 1995 Northern California Floods. After leaving FEMA, I began Perdiem Consulting, which provided on-site technical and networking support for individuals and small businesses, in addition to custom building PCs'.  With the onset of the "big box" buiders (Gateway, Dell), I transitioned in 1997 to developing web sites for many individual and business clients full time.
