Hello and welcome to “How to Find a Freelancer” on Guru.com.
Our search helps you quickly and easily sort through more than 100,000 active Freelancer profiles to find the one you need. Let’s start our search!

On the Employer Home Page you can find the right Freelancer in two ways: by keyword or by category. Let’s find a logo designer in the Graphic Design category. Your results will appear on the Profiles Search page. On this page, Freelancers will appear in order of their rank. You will also be able to view a summary of the Freelancers’ profiles. You can narrow your search by using the refine tools on the left side of the page. Selecting a location allows you to find a pro in any country around the world. You can even search for a Freelancer in your own neighborhood. To find a logo designer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; select “United States of America” from the Location drop down box. Then, under the Metro area option choose PA > Pittsburgh. Then click the “Apply Refinements” button.

Let’s view our results from another perspective. Click on the Work Samples tab to view portfolio samples from top ranked pros. Keep in mind that the refining choices you make on one search will be applied to all three searches: Profiles, Work Samples and Completed Projects. The Work Samples search allows you to view all the available logo designs created by talented logo designers. Refine your search by type to find the exact work sample style you need. For example, only view the file type “Graphics” to find logo designs. Refine by price to find work done at the amount you want to pay. We have even one more way to view your results.

Click on the Completed Projects tab to see logo design projects completed through Guru.com in the last year. Remember, you can toggle between all three searches easily and change your refinements on any of the searches. On this page you can see how much a pro was paid for a project. You can also click to discover what the Employer had to say about the experience and results. Read descriptions to find projects that are similar to your needs. You can refine your results by project budget to see what can be done within your desired price range. If you want to contact a Freelancer now just click their screen name to Request a Quote or Ask a Question.
