Jeff is an experienced BSA/AML compliance consultant who most recently served as Chief Compliance Officer at bitFlyer USA, where he led the Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, and Risk departments. Throughout his career, Jeff has built complex compliance programs, managed customer onboarding(KYC) and transaction monitoring(AML) teams, and procured licenses globally for various cutting edge financial services.
Jeff is currently available for short to medium term consulting and/or contract work in any/all areas related to regulatory compliance for money transmitters and/or money services businesses.
