I have being working on customer interactive positions for last 7 years and being a customer service representative is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a combination of strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a dedication to meeting the needs of customers. As a customer service representative, I will be responsible for interacting with customers on a daily basis and providing them with the information and assistance they need. This may include answering questions about products or services, addressing complaints, and troubleshooting issues. I am able to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations in a professional and calm manner.

To be successful in this role, I believe I have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. I can work with a diverse customer base, analyze and improve sales, support, and operational performance. I can develop techniques, markets, and relationships to satisfy client needs.
