The Centre for Alternative Policy & Research [CAPR] brings together a broad range of disciplines to pursue and conduct research at the international, national, regional, state, and local levels. The CAPR affiliated faculty represent disciplines such as economics, education, environmental studies, geography, political science, public administration, social welfare, sociology, and urban planning. Research: leading in the development of research agendas, research proposals and projects, and enabling colleagues from different disciplinary backgrounds to engage in research collaborations. Marketing, Impact and Engagement: enabling policy-relevant research to make an impact, especially building links with the worlds of policy and practice as well as increasing public understanding of policy research.
