A passion of mine is helping organizations achieve true Agility, starting at the individual team level and progressing to a true organizational mindset shift towards Agile product development. An Agile Coaching engagement for me is always about first understanding the problem -- talking to stakeholders and the team to have a solid understanding of the root cause. The next step is identifying the goal of the engagement. Most organizations just want to "do Scrum better", without really understanding what that means. My program helps organizations by following the Shuhari methodology of Agile adoption by helping organizations looking to be more Agile to first adapt to the core tenants of the Agile Framework in their implementation. While most organizations want to use Scrum, occasionally Kanban is a better option. I'm capable of remotely training Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Product Owners on improving their ability to better serve the team and the organization as a whole. Additionally I have workshops and sessions I can perform with a cross-section of people within an organization from the technically literate to the newcomers.
