I am a hard working and a dedicated individual with over 9 years of professional experience. My work profile includes customer care, sales, handling customer and client escalation, hiring new team members, maintaining the database for the new updates, and highlighting new observations and trends. I have done cold calling for over 4 years (US mortgage and UK mobile connection). I have also worked for the travel process (inbound sales and customer service). For past three and half years, I have been working as a team lead and handling a team. I handled a team of 30 team members who were taking inbound sales call for US travel process for around 2 years. I am currently handling a team of 25 team members handling inbound calls for one of the leading UK Energy service provider. I am an expert user of Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
