I have more than 10 years of experience working for 2 mayor airlines in Chile, Delta (Chile Agency) and LAN, assisting English speaking customers, solving problems over the phone and through e-mails, in very short time frames, usually before flight departures, giving me clear understanding on how important is to give answers and correct solutions in a timely manner. - Also, I developed normal computer skills, ability to search for information and oriented to obtain results when is needed. - Deeply careful about details and always ready to review work for optimal results. - Other Experiences: Construction (Operations On-site), Free Lance Tour Guide, Architectural Design/Cad Drawing. - Formal studies in Architecture. - Nowadays, dedicated to a personal activity I started two years ago: Real Estate Brokerage.
