I started off my career as a Customer Service representative three years ago with ABPS Technology Pvt Ltd. where I was making cold calls in US and selling gas and electricity for an American company called Santana Energy Services and after doing this job for near about one year then I moved up to Senior customer service representative where I was closing my own calls and helping others as well. So, after doing this job for near about two years I left this company and joined another company called CG Consulting where I was making cold calls in Australia and selling Led bulbs and Solar panels for an Australian company called Cyanergy. I did this job for near about one year. Once I make any sell or appointment, I put the customer details on CRM. I have a good typing speed as well. Overall, due to my strong background and achievement in successfully identifying gaps and creating efficiencies, I am confident I’ll be able to succeed in this role you're hiring for.
