Agile Project Management Skills: Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and the ability to tailor these approaches to the organization's needs. Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Experience with agile project management tools and frameworks, like JIRA.

Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on project goals and cybersecurity objectives. Effective communication skills to articulate security concerns, project progress, and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Risk Management: Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies, as well as the ability to prioritize security risks within the context of project timelines and goals.

Cybersecurity Strategy: Development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with the organization's business goals. Strategic planning for incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical tools and solutions for cybersecurity, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), and vulnerability scanners.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and agile project management best practices.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all cybersecurity measures and project activities adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
