  • Maintain and update databases with new information, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Conduct online research on various topics and provide summarized findings to assist with decision-making processes.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organized.
  • Assist in managing emails, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries, redirecting calls or taking messages as necessary.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
  • Collaborate with team members to support project-based work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Professional or Virtual Assistant, with a track record of accurately managing and inputting large volumes of data.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using data entry tools and software, as well as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Familiarity with online research tools and techniques.
