I produce, manipulate or update documentation which are creative, relevant, understandable, accurate and informative. I am able to communicate well and ask relevant questions, listening to people responses enabling me to learn information quickly. I have gained a wide and varied experience of IT using many applications but focussing on Microsoft products. I am able to work on my own to meet personal targets or part of a team working to a shared objective.
