As consultants, we strive to understand the needs and wants of the client and the end-user: teachers and kids. Our STEAM teachers have master’s degrees in the field and years of real classroom experience. We have fluency in navigating the NGSS, which helps us advise in a streamlined way. IB: We are experienced in teaching and reviewing content with an IB mindset in all grade levels. We have IB teaching experience in the US and abroad. Our team knows how to integrate transdisciplinary concepts, inquiry-based learning, and social-emotional skills into our content. We can lend our experience and expertise to those with international needs as well. COMMON CORE: Advising on and reviewing content aligned to the Common Core is one of our strengths. We often work with clients to adjust their material so that it better aligns with the Common Core, WIDA (ELL standards), and individual state standards. We understand how materials will actually be used in and outside of the classroom. PROCESS: The first and most essential part of any consultation process is listening.
