I am a graduate engineer having near about 22 years’ experience in instrumentation and control system. I have worked for Technip, Bechtel and Jacobs. Job Responsibilities: Lead/Supervising to the below mentioned activities • Creation of Instrument index in INtools database (SPI 2009) as per latest P&IDs. • Creation of datasheets of different type of instruments (Transmitters, Valves etc.) in INtools database. • Wiring of field instruments up to Marshalling cabinet including cross wiring in SPI. • Generation / Checking of wiring strip report & Instrument loop diagram. • Preliminary sizing and selection of valves (Control Valve & Safety Valve) • Calculation for Flow Element & Thermowel • Preparation of Instrument Location Plan drawings. • Technical Bid Evaluation • Preparation of material requisition • Model review
