My name’s Eric. I have several years of experience in the technology industry. Majority of my experience were in networking and technical support. I also have some knowledge of database schemas, entity relationship diagrams and SQL Queries is one of my passions in life. I have several years of customer service experience, both in a call center environment and in face to face interactions. My customer service experience ranges from call center to IT Institutes, from banking to security & investigations industries. I highly consider my communication & interpersonal skills to be one of my greatest assets. I can communicate efficiently both verbally and written. I AM A LIFELONG LEARNER – 24/7 Recently, I have been very deeply involved in User Experience / User Interface Design (UX/UI). I am currently doing on line academic work for a certificate in User Experience Design for Web and Mobile Apps, under Algonquin College. Simultaneously, I am supplementing my passion for UX by utilizing Udemy.com’s UX courses. I am also a member of Interaction Design Foundation. I am doing 3 courses under Interaction Design, namely: Information Visualization, User Experience Research Methods and User Methods for Mobile Apps. On the technical side, I devote my time practicing my coding skills at three institutions: Team Tree-House, Code School and Code Academy. Most of my focus as of now is on the Database Modules, though I also have passion for front end technologies and eventually, venture deeply into Python and Ruby on Rails. Moving forward, I plan to be a ‘coding ninja’ and excel highly in both front end and back end engineering. ( I Love SQL!). EXTREME FLEXIBILITY & A PASSION FOR LEARNING I am very comfortable in playing several roles, and it is what keeps me going.
