• Style, research, and develop all products
• Technically address fit, patterns, fabrics, and graphics
• Design category collections within price points, styles, assortment strategies, licensor approvals, and overall creative direction
• Manage and lead design team and make presentations seasonally
• Meet with corporate offices to determine product flow between categories
• Research and interpret future trends to develop a comprehensive collection
• Manage calendar and expenses
• National and international travel for trend research
• Produce all marketing materials: photo shoots, advertisements, brochures, postcards, and websites
• Manage entire design process to include market research and fit for development of seasonal collections as well as customer specific line plans
• Create comprehensive production packages for sample orders and bulk production; including all aspects of technical spec, fabric,
