I provide financial modelling, financial statement forecasting and business model analysis for start-ups and new business ventures. I can provide advice on your investment proposals, business plans and operational project plans; and map and improve your business processes.

I hold an MBA from Oxford, a postgraduate certificate in public management, and bachelor degrees in property, business, history and international relations.

My career experience includes financial forecasting and establishing operations for a real estate development JV between the University of Oxford and Legal & General Capital; progressing a pipeline of real estate development projects for a JV for a London borough council; and NZ government residential real estate projects and housing public policy advice to ministers.
