France and Germany promise to support Ukraine "as long" as necessary

    In a joint press release, Paris and Berlin specify that their assistance to Ukraine will focus in particular on the military and economic fields.  

    We condemn Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine in the strongest terms and we will continue to show unwavering support for Ukraine in all possible fields, including political, military, economic, financial, humanitarian, social and cultural," France and Germany said in a joint statement.

   We will continue to support Ukraine and stand by it for as long as it takes. We are firmly committed to fighting impunity for perpetrators of war crimes and other most serious crimes. in connection with Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine and to support efforts to bring those responsible for these acts to justice.
