I am a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering in Mapua Institute of Technology. I am working as an online English teacher. My students mostly are from Japan, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Spain, Russia, and other non native English speaking countries. Some of my students ask help in proofreading their articles and emails. I have a broad knowledge about so many things. I am good at Marketing/Sales which was really my forte because I am a salesman by heart. My first job was in a private company as a Sales Engineer in 2002 and I was promoted as a Sales Manager after a year. In 2007, I shifted to a BPO career (Call Center) as a Technical Support specialist. Within my 6-year work experience in the BPO industry, I learned that hard work really pays off. I expanded my knowledge in customer service and acquired comprehensive knowledge in writing business email and dealing with different people in a professional manner. My English proficiency was enhanced and my interpersonal skills improved a lot. Now, I am working as an Online English teacher which I really enjoy doing. My extensive experience molded me to become efficient and hard working. I highly value integrity and honesty when dealing with people. I respect my clients'/students' privacy and confidential information and I also expect respect in return. I value time and make sure that I meet my deadlines/due dates. I believe that being late is being rude. So, I make sure that I finish any tasks earlier than my deadlines/due dates with quality.
