I am currently working with Kloud 7 as a Telecom Network Engineer and I manage VOIP (i.e. Voice over Internet Protocol) based Projects as a Project Manager. I manage and technically execute VOIP based projects in the USA. I also provide technical support to our clients based in the USA. Moreover, I have also worked as a Telecom Engineer in Hutchinson 3G United Kingdom PVT. Three UK is a telecommunications and internet service provider operating in the United Kingdom as a subsidiary of CK Hutchison Holdings. The company launched in March 2003 as the UK's first commercial video mobile network. It provides 3G and 4G services through its own network infrastructure. I have done M.Sc. in Telecommunications Management from the United Kingdom and I have also worked as a Telecom Engineer at Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) where I gained Skills of Project Management, Customer Support, Customer focusing, Customer Handling, Complaints Handling, technical Configurations, and Troubleshooting of Broadband modems.
