System comprises of integrated system in Payroll and Stores management, This system was developed in Oracle Developer 2000. As per the employee attendance and units of work done the payroll will be computed for individual employee. Overtime and leave computation will be done through leave maintenance system as per the company policy. Consolidated payroll sheet known as Control summary of payroll will be generated after completing the payroll process, in that sheet both Debit and credit figures will be nullified. Employee payslip will be generated on monthly basis. Salary payment will be done by submitting bank statement, this was developed to submit it to the bank. Statutory requirements yearly PF form, Income taxwas developed to perform yearly jobs.
