4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in Java development. Ability to envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to materialize it. Designing and developing the framework of the system. Also write and review design document explaining overall architecture, framework and high level design of the application. Doing required POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements. Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., against a predefined checklist and ensuring that all relevant best practices are followed. Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently taking full ownership of the product's technical design and delivery. Hands on with strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Have a decent sense of UX design. Have worked in an Agile environment and knows how to implement Agile practices.
