Bringing two Master's degrees one in Lifelong Learning/ Educational Management and one in Special Needs Education Teaching in combination with Material Culture: Textiles. During my studies, I gathered knowledge and experience in the health industry (health consulting and health psychology in an international university). Developing knowledge and skills in market research, writing a publication, proofreading of English articles on university level, competition analysis, business plan writing, creating presentations with Powerpoint and Prezi, working with Excel, consulting a health clinic regarding change management and a practice for speech therapy in how to conduct a congress. While I was writing my master thesis I worked in the field of catering and event for business, private and cultural events. Learning a lot about event design and management. After my studies, I worked for the international hotel company NH Hotel Group in the field of Learning & Development. Where I designed, developed, conducted, organized and evaluated training, prepared training material, managed the SAP Success Factor training platform as a training administrator, implemented a welcome event for over 1000 trainees. Working together with several hotel directors to guide the hotel in a change management process. After this, I worked for two years in a school as a teacher. I currently started my own website/blog.
