After graduating with my B.S in Mechanical Engineering, I have spent the past 16 years creating product designs using metals and plastics with a variety of production methods such as casting, molding, forming, and machining. With the rise of additive manufacturing, I can also provide 3D printing services to evaluate prototypes. In conjunction to design I also perform CFD and FEA analysis to simulate the effects of thermal and structural conditions. Finally, I put all the intelligence down on detailed drawings for vendor to produce the products. Once a design is complete, I can work with suppliers and furnish functional or demonstration prototypes and begin the transition to production units. I provide my services using the SolidWorks suite of design products.
