  1. Being as a team leader I am responsible for Organizing work, Managing the Admin & Operational Work, Allocating and managing resources, Problem solving, Managing project progress, Reporting progress to seniors/management, Coaching to improve team member skill sets, Motivating team members to accomplish their goals, Nurturing team member strengths and identifying areas for improvement, Representing and advocating for team needs.
  2. Responsible to manage a team of around 15 to 20 employee.
  3. Responsible to coordinate with the BG&DT vendors for updates, coordinate with IT for smooth running of tools.
    1. Responsible for complete onboarding within give time frame by clients for W2 hires, and C2C.
    2. Responsible for completing Background checks (Employments, Education, County, Statewide checks. MVR check etc), Paperwork (Offer letter, W4 Federal & States, Client docs, State Specific docs etc), scheduling Drug tests (DOT, Non DOT, Hair Folic test, BAT, Eye test etc) for new hires prior to Onboarding in different portals as per the client requirements.
    3. Ensuring all the required forms/documents are correctly completed and uploaded in the Share Point portal for further processing (Payroll).
    4. Maintaining a smooth coordination with the Account managers, recruitment team regarding the onboarding process and changes if there is any.
    1. Handling Benefits queries, directing days issue to the respective team.
