Over the past 10years working in the big IT industry I made myself more capable and competent. My broad experiences with Computers(Hrdware,Spftware,OS,Web,Graphics Design,Database,Networking and Server) made myself fully equip with knowledge and expertise. In this fast changing IT world getting to Call Center industry for almost 3 years as a fisrt Tier 1, second Tier 2 and eventually as a Team Lead was really a big boost in addition my profession. And now bringing all of these experience to Guru and assuring Guru buyer/s to their needs not just meeting the expectation but exceeding them.
