• M Phil. degree (Chemistry) and an LLB (AIBE qualified) with advanced knowledge of patent drafting and prosecution in Chemistry and other technical areas such as mechanical, electrical etc. 
• An end to end experience of handling prosecution for different jurisdictions such as India US, EP and PCT applications. 
• Prepared responses for about 200 US Office Action in the field of petro-chemicals and mechanicals, responses to about 800 examination reports in the field of Chemistry which include reporting examination reports to the clients with comments on the objections and proposed set of claims and preparing response for filing at the Indian Patent Office. Attended hearing for about 150 cases at Indian Patent Office to obtain a grant. Drafted about 200 complete specifications with claims in the field of chemistry for filing at the Indian Patent Office.
